To me it seems that the girl's "statement" that was read was written by an adult - not a 14 year old.
"Unapologetic" isn't a word often used by 14 year olds.

Who knows -- maybe he is a wacko pervert -- it could be a set up.
Even if its not true, just the accusation could be enough to ruin his carrier.

And he was doing so well. It's a shame this happened or it's a setup.  I always thought his hitting and fielding were remarkable.

I remember when they had him sit out two games because they said he wasn't being a good teammate,
and got into a row with Arozarena in the dugout.  I had never noticed he had any attitude issues.

Oddly, enough, I had always thought it would be Siri who would screw up. The Rays management didn't seem
to take issue with Siri acting out, slamming his bat down a lot when he strikes out (which he does quite often).  Siri reminds me of a child in a man's body.  Now he is more of a candidate not to be a good teammate.  Notice when he does hit a dinger, he stands there and gloats.  Shortly later he's in the dugout
watching himself hitting a homer on a tablet.

Ya know, I wonder if they even randomly drug test players anymore.  I would think management has drugs on their mind though about all this, which may even be making some other players worried.  When I see certain players having to rub their nose when they are at bat, yes, it does make me suspicious.  I wouldn't be surprised if that nose rubbing stops all of a sudden until things cool off.

I remember back in the sixties and seventies, when it was openly revealed that certain Hispanic players were doling out amphetamines to some players to get more pep and energy.

Yep -- I thought it would be Siri too.
He has the body of a grown up and the brain of a 3 year old.

The loss of Franco will hurt - he was playing very well.
