Trump Tax Drama
Well, it didn't take long before truth begins to come out about the NYT's "bombshell" Trump tax "scandal." Here is just one fix: https://twitchy.com/samj-3930/2020/09/2 ... -for-dems/
I have read others but that one fits well in my nimble mind. Then the communists yell about him not paying tax during his years as President; whereas he donates his salary to charities and so on. Guess Biden must claim he is in the poor house too.

How many Billions in Federal Income Taxes did his thousands of employees pay in taxes (and into SocSecurity!) for all the decades that Trump was paying their wages?
How many paychecks has Joe Biden signed?

Re: Trump Tax Drama
Having worked as a tax preparer for 10 years and and after teaching tax preparation classes for at least 8 of those years, it is no surprise that businesses often have expenses, or losses, to offset all, or most, of the income of the business. Without being able to view Trump's tax returns, I suspect that his expenses and/or losses, when applied to his gains, resulted little or no taxable income. In fact, it's possible that he had no taxable income in the years in question.
Not all businesses are profitable every year and in many cases, the losses can be carried over until future years.
In other words, this is nothing more than a tempest in a teapot!

He has signed ZERO paychecks on the front.
He has signed many paychecks – on the back. (47 years of US Treasury checks for his “public service”)

Here's the thing, boys & girls. I am way more concerned about my tax return than I am about anyone else's. That includes Donald J. Trump.

You still pay taxes and lots of them, my friend. Sales tax, gas tax, electricity tax, TV tax, rooms & meals tax, property tax, heating oil tax, propane tax, cell phone tax, tax of every electronic device for recycle. I could keep typing about taxes for an hour. We are all taxed to death and that includes Donald J. Trump. Income taxes are only a part of the equation.

Re: Trump Tax Drama
Here's a more accurate description of those taxes he paid, and it was a lot more than just $750.dustymars wrote: ↑Mon Sep 28, 2020 9:37 am Well, it didn't take long before truth begins to come out about the NYT's "bombshell" Trump tax "scandal."
