Jeff,

Walt did make a post. Because his counts haven't yet been transferred, the system considers him a new member, and after submitting his post he would get a notice that it requires approval. That did occur and his post is visible.

Jeff,

Jeff - I went ahead and updated Walt's post count, so he should no longer require approval.
