Christmas Gift: Slicing Knife
Ordinarily I avoid giving my wife gifts for the kitchen because gifts for cooking for me is not appropriate. Just prudish maybe. But, she complains that her meat slicing knives suck and she wishes to have a really good one. Looking on line I see some are really pricy ($100+) and appear more for a professional chief. Any suggestions?
