Re: Baseball Bits
Rangers manager Chris Woodward is the latest MLB manager to act like a big baby
https://www.msn.com/en-us/sports/mlb/ra ... uxbndlbing
Granted, Yankee Stadium has a short right field porch, as does Fenway Park. But his own player also hit one to the same spot that cost the Yankees a game, so does that one count as a cheapie, too? I could understand the whining about it, if only the Yankee hitters homers counted there. But players from any team have the same equal chance to hit it there, also. Woodward sounds like a spoil sport. Grow up, lil Chrissie!

White Sox’s Tim Anderson had explicit message for Yankees fans after game-breaking 3-run homer
https://www.nj.com/yankees/2022/05/whit ... homer.html
It's a sad story to have these two drama queens, turn baseball into a soap opera. Both Anderson and Donaldson have been problem children in the past. Wish the Yankees didn't get Donaldson. I remember him with Oakland when he had that stupid hairstyle, thinking he was Spartacus or something. And Anderson has always been a showboater. Nice potty mouth, Lil Jackie, I mean, Timmy!
Josh Donaldson's 'Jackie' remark explanation 'was complete bulls---,' White Sox pitcher says
https://www.foxnews.com/sports/josh-don ... -white-sox
This coming from another potty mouth, who's mostly known for his using the F word aloud when he doesn't get a strke call. And goes into a bush league fist pump when he saves a game. But he has blown quite a few, too. Hendriks has always been one of the most overrated relief pitchers. AAA= Arrogant Aussie Ahole.
He seems to display all the traits of an active drunk, IMO.

Warriors' Steve Kerr applauds Giants' Gabe Kapler for national anthem protests after Uvalde tragedy
https://www.foxnews.com/sports/warriors ... sts-uvlade
Well, maybe the whole team should not stand for the national anthem....then he can applaud the whole team.
What a putz!

Josh Donaldson disappointed Yankees teammates didn't back him
https://www.foxsports.com/stories/mlb/j ... bet_obtest
I doubt this will not go over well on the team. Maybe the Yankees should trade him.
And send Joey Gallo with him. I don't know why they even let Gallo play at all. He's been a total bust.
Strikes out 2 - 3 times a game. 5 Homers and only 7 RBI's.

Report: Andújar requests trade from Yankees
https://www.mlb.com/news/miguel-andujar ... om-yankees
Can't say I blame him for his bitterness. First the guy loses out Rookie of the Year to a player who had already played in Japan. IMO, I don't think Ohtani should have been eligible for that award. Since then, Ohtani has pretty much become the press' darling child. Now, Andujar gets sent down to the minors while Joey Gallo (who btw stuck out 3 times AGAIN today) and Aaron Hicks have been nothing short of a letdown for the team. Andujar had been doing good while he was playing. I don't understand why they even let Gallo in the lineup at all. He sucks.
