This is an utter travesty of justice, I really hope that prosecutor ends up in legal trouble.

Although I agree that this SHOULD make that POS look bad ... it won't.  She got elected ... right now, she IS the law, and she knows it ... anyway, how do you PROVE malace of intent ???

She ain't gonna lose her job ... any convictions (and there WILL be some) will be overturned ... forget not that this is st louy and blm be runnin da shoo ... the only winners will be the lieyers which in a sense is poetic justice since the victims here are both lieyers ... hmmm ... now I revert back to my standard ... i hope you are correct ... but will the POS be able to hide behind government immunity?  And I also revert back to the bit about intended malice ... damned hard to prove intent.
