I wonder if they think they can vote without changing residential status from CA to GA? The short answer is no. Doing so is a felony with potential penalty of 10 years prison and $100,000 fine. And, if they DO plan on changing their official residential status, I doubt the paperwork will go through fast enough to qualify them to vote in January.
