Astros' Justin Verlander makes obscene gesture to Phillies fans heading into Citizens Bank Park

I knew there was a reason why I didn't like Verlander.
I guess I just a dislike for 'teacher's pet' type players. Any other pitcher would have been taken out of game 1
before the score was able to be tied, 5-5.
Astros just can't seem to shake that 'cheating stigma! First a player intentionally gets hit with pitch and then another gets caught using an illegal bat! The hit the player got didn't affect the outcome but I wonder what they would have done, if it did!

Astros’ Justin Verlander opts out of player option, becomes free agent
Following a career year that saw Justin Verlander and the Houston Astros win the World Series, the two-time CY Young winner is a free agent.

Justin Verlander and the Houston Astros? Is that like Gary Puckett and the Union Gap? It's always about 'him'
isn't it? Being a 'loyal' Astro isn't part of his equation I guess. I think he wants some of that Yankee payroll.
And Rays fans probably won't like this. Their Lil KK isn't coming back! He always was an excellent defender in the outfield, though it did seem at times he purposely made easy plays look hard to make him appear more valuable. He sure wasn't going to do it with his power or BA.
