   Just checked Drunk Nancy's mansion in SF, no panels there either.  As far as I can tell NONE of her neighbors have them.  However!, SF City Hall has some, not many, just a token effort to payoff some union thug bosses.

Reichsleiter Nasty Peestooloosely uses an Air Force Gulfstream III for her cross country trips. Usually about three times a month at a cost to the taxpayer of $5.7 M. a year. She did use an Air Force 737 for her trip to Asia though.
