I propose another great final sentence for Lady G's above meme: Quit being selfish and arguing online and just re-fund your local Police Department! 
 

 

A well funded and trained PD is good.  But your first line of defense in every instance is your concealed carry weapon.
No state has the right to make obtaining a concealed carry permit next to impossible for the average citizen.
(Actually no state has the right to even require a permit - but that's another story.)

Well, you can get a permit for a rifle (sporting/hunting) but getting concealed carry here in Massachusetts is all but impossible. Blue states are most certainly not 2nd Amendment friendly...and many don't even support their police! At least here in Mass we still have functioning police departments. However, our schools totally SUCK!

Good point, but - we have this Right FOR A REASON.  Right now, we can't get our legislators to agree on anything coming from the Left, so we were granted this Right to prevent the hostile 'take over' attempt happening in real time, right now, in THIS country.  In the meantime, it's always up to us to protect our Rights, our families, ourselves.  As in:  Get thee to the range and sharpen those skills with your favorite 'device'.  You just never know when someone is going to try to take something from you against your Will.  Like our country.  (Or your family...)
