I have to admit, I miss NY pizza the most since moving to FL. Few places like NY here. Although they try to use the NY Style gimmick. It's a sin what some places do to pizza here. I never buy from fast food pizza places where they hire young teens to work in the kitchen. I can almost see them now, getting high smoking shyt and spitting in the food while laughing.

For some reason this reminds me of the days when California was competing with France over wine production. The Frenchies were apoplectic that anyone would dare challenge their dominance in red wines. And, at first, and for several decades, they held their position as unchallenged leader. But eventually CA wine producers came into their own. Today at world taste competitions CA wines are expected to win in at least a few categories, including those in which France was once the unchallengeable expert.
I would not think it all that difficult to match New York Style pizza.
Myself, I prefer Chicago style.

It's the crust they like...squirrels just love grain. They also love pumpkin seeds, one destroyed my front porch pumpkin last fall. Don't want squirrels? Well, I'd recommend getting an Australian Shepherd Collie...mine has bagged 3 squirrels and 4 chipmunks and he's only 5 years old.
