Jesus had problems with the Pharisees in much the same manner. Just because people pay lip service to a particular religion doesn’t make them ‘good’. Racism is evil indeterminate of which way it goes. Shame on those Episcopal bishops.

The real reason is that their money has been cut off. The money was the motivation for that four-decades-old relationship to begin with. It had nothing to do with "racial justice."

The Bible makes it quite clear one must serve God over mammon (aka wealth). The Episcopal Church isn't doing a very good job of this I'd say.
