Thune has said he doesnt have the votes to recess so there will be no recess appointments. Senate republicans already fighting Trump. I guess its going to be just like last time. The deep state is strong and will do everything they can do thwart Trump at every turn. We all know the democrats would never act like this. The republicans are the traitor party.
