The term ‘guilty as sin’ comes to my mind. I sure as Hell wish this monster could be executed. 
 

 

We may have to count on GenPop of the prison that he is sent to to arrange that to happen. We sure couldn't count on a Leftist DA. Mehbee that is why she lost re-election.

We are having this trial because the Left's open border policy an' a weaponized Department of InJustice that was more interested in prosecuting it's political enemies than protect the citizenry.

This is a bench trial so it all hinges on the Judge. I just hope the Judge in this case isn’t a left wing lunatic who will allow this demon to go free.

They played the bodycam footage of the arrest with a translation. Apparently the defendant was laughing about what he did with his brothers.

The defense is trying to get his jailhouse phone calls thrown out first because they didn't approve of the FBI listening in an' translations. When that didn't work they tried to get them declared hearsay because the phone calls were to his wife who they sent to New York an' she isn't available for cross-examination. Yhe call in question has him admitting to killing Laken Riley.

His DNA was under her fingernails. His fingerprint was on her phone (in  her blood no less). Yet, we’re supposed to believe somebody else killed her? This is pure BS (evil BS no less).

The defense is claiming the evidence is all circumstantial. He is also attacking the CSI tech's crime scene
processes.
Let's look at the evidence. DNA under her fingernails. Scratches on his arms. His thumbprint on her phone. His voice on her phone call to 911. His phone location data overlapping the location of her phone at the time of the murder. Surveillance video of him hunting for a victim. Surveillance video of him disposing evidence after the murder. A jailhouse phone call admitting the murder.
If I were the judge, despite the DA not asking for the death penalty, I would be ordering a gallows be erected in the town square for this guy.

The defense tried to call the defendant's brother to the stand butt the brother is on Federal custody facing sentencing on Federal charges an' the brother's attorney is blocking it claiming it would violate his 5th Ammendment Rights. They are both invaders. One killed an American citizen. Delete the murderer an' deport the other
