Re: Voting Irregularities/Fraud Thread
GOOD NEWS: The 5th Circuit Court just ruled that ballots MUST be received by Election Day and any state laws that allow them to be received and counted after Election Day violate federal law.
This changes everthing because it means they can't show up days later with a bag of votes and say oh look what we found.
"Congress statutorily designated a singular "day for the election" of members of Congress and the appointment of presidential electors. Text, precedent, and historical practice confirm this "day for the election" is the day by which ballots must be both cast by voters and received by state officials. Because Mississipppi's statute allows ballot receipt up to five days after the federal election day, it is preemted by federal law. We reverse the district court's contrary judgment and remand for further proceedings."
Because this is a decision by one of the highest courts in the nation, it impacts elections EVERYWHERE.

I think the Zero-person's post/discovery changes quite a lot...the rest can probably be guarded against - perhaps we shall be unburdened by that which has burdened us in the burdensome past...

Contents of drop in boxes being set on fire in Washington and Oregan. The race is on to see how far the Libs can get away with cheating this time around. After the Supreme's refused to look into massive voting fraud last Presidential election, nothing would surprise me now.
I may be totally wrong about this, but I expect something big and ugly to take place before the next President takes over. Things are not looking good for Harris. A false flag perhaps? Who knows?
They are not going down without a fight.

They are just going to steal it again while everyone watches and dare anyone to do anything about it.RockyMtn wrote:Fri Jan 02, 1970 1:58 am Contents of drop in boxes being set on fire in Washington and Oregan. Re: Voting Irregularities/Fraud Thread
I saw a reasonably reliable poll yesterday having DJT at 54% and KH at 48% - this looks more real to me. I keep hearing over and over how nervous the dems are...?? Since it appears to be more difficult to run in phony ballots this time, new "methods" are being tried...

Indeed. That was traitor Roberts and his Senate sidekick traitor McConnell. Re: Voting Irregularities/Fraud Thread
I am hoping that Ghislaine gets a little tired of prison food and decides to release "The List"...the Supreme's rationale - right or wrong - was that it's the STATE's business to straighten the mess out and the states won't do it because they don't want anyone to know they got caught...and I see that has recently happened in AZ...
