Hurricane Milton Now Cat 4 Hurricane

Post: # 110638Post CountZero »

Remarkable intensification for Hurricane Milton overnight. It is now a strong Category 4 hurricane with 155 mph winds (only 2 mph away from Cat 5)

Having a storm develop in the Bay of Campeche and make landfall in Florida is exceptionally rare.

Since 1850, only TWO storms have done this and NONE in the last 155 years…
- Hurricane Eight October 1859
- Galveston hurricane 1867

So…….. take of that what you will.

Trump cannot win without North Carolina and or Florida.

Weather modification is real and another weapon in the democrat toolbox.

Wonder if Waffle House is closed. That's how they know that it's gonna be a bad storm.

This one is acting like Charley in 2004 that barely missed us by 20 miles.  Seems like we get the most hurricases in Florida, but most are not extreme.  To check past storm check in at: Plymouth State Weather Center:  https://vortex.plymouth.edu/tropical/index.html

Holy Crap! This one is as terrible as the last one. I hope everyone in the most dangerous areas evacuates straight away.

I wish the name was something more masculine than "Milton".

I'd hate getting pounded on by something that sounds more like a 'transgender'.
