THIS is news? Biden has been doing this for well over 40 years, BOTH political parties and all of DC knew it. Many of his voters knew what he really was but didn't care. He now has but a short time left in office, probably has senile dementia and most likely will not live much longer. My guess is nothing of merit will be done about this, so for all intents and purposes he got away with it.
He is not the first politician who has done the same. Crime pays very well for some elected officials. It paid VERY well for the Clinton's.
