Just heard this on Fox News. So Joe is back in the basement until the debate Thursday night. This seems kind of odd to me, like Joe really doesn't want to answer any questions perhaps?

Jill's doctors will get Joe calmed down and time it so that Joe comes to in time for the debate.  However, I stand by my pronouncement: Biden will not debate.  He either will bow out with illness or have another wire feeding him information.

Kind of late and defensive. The GOP should have never agreed to the commission role and insisted on direct negotiation between the campaigns.
