I have no clue how this guy does not at LEAST have Violations filed against him by fellow Congresspersons.

Last fall when he 'read' a knowingly FALSE 'conversation' into the Congressional Record, had I been on that Committee, I'd have instantly stood up and demanded that he strike that false info from the Record. I would not have given a crap that he was the Chairman! If he refused, all the Repubs on that Committee should have walked out and filed a Complaint against him.
