These cops should be facing charges.

The police don't just break the window anyway?  As a bystander, I would have tried to break the window or get help from others to do it.

According to the article, they DID end up breaking the window anyway.  The only real questions is how long they delayed after the father refused their offer for help.  I'm thinking it was probably not long enough to have made a difference. The little girl had already been in there for over an hour.

Looks like a practitioner of the religion of hate and rape.  Children are not gifts from God
to them. Children are tools of war.  When one dies they can be replaced.  He needs to receive
the exact same "love and care" he showed this precious little soul.

The father has been charged and I understand the police are reviewing their procedures.
