I heard Sen, Cruz on an interview today and he made a very interesting point. The host pointed out that justices
appointed by demonrats always vote the party line but those appointed by Republican Presidents have a
tendency to go left/unconstitutional.
Sen Cruz. said there is an interesting pattern with Republican appointed justices who remain faithful to the Constitution.
They usually have no history of judicial activism and they are life long out spoken judicial conservatives. The ones who
go left on the other hand, were appointed because "they could get confirmed". He mentioned Souter and John Roberts.
Said in both cases there were two other conservative justices who were more qualified but he Republican Presidents
bent to the narrative that they could not be confirmed.
He also reaffirmed that the republicans have the votes to confirm Amy Coney Barrett before the election and
that will be the case.

It's time to start impeaching judges that don't adhere to the constitution. Congress has the authority. It's time to use it.

You're right, but we the people can change congress. A better congress can clean up the courts.

Another conservative on the bench will make Roberts role much less important.
