I'm more inclined to think that President Trump will abide by these commies' decisions until SCOTUS pins their ears back. Then he will be able to proceed with his agenda unhindered by ridiculous rulings from the lower courts. And he won't be giving the democrats the opportunity to demand impeachment, at least not for defying the courts. At least I'm kind of hoping it will turn out that way. All we can do is trust that he knows what he's doing.

The only way to win a rigged game is not to play. The supreme court is no guarantee. How long will it take to get to the supreme court? 6 months? A year or two? We dont have the time. We have less than 2 years before the democrats rig the midterms, take back congress then its over for sure. The democrats already have 4 votes with the 4 women on the court. All they have to do is knock off roberts or kavanaugh and they win. Then what? No. The only way to win is not to play.
