Laken Riley Murder Trial

Friday morning, openingstatements begin in the Laken Riley Murder Trial. Now why is this important. Laken Riley was a nursing student at UGA who was brutally murdered by an illegal immigrant who had a violent criminal record back in Venezuela nefore he assaulted a Border Patrol agent an' was still allowed to illegally enter the country. He then traveled to New York where he was arrested for assaulting a 4 year old girl. Instead of prosecuting him, NY DA  Alan Bragg dropped the charges an' let him walk. I guess he was to busy conducting a political witchhunt or something that he couldn't be bothered with going after real criminals.
He then travelled to Georgia where he stalked an' brutally murdered Laken Riley. The Left still will not admit that he was in the country illegally an' will call you a raysississ for bringing it up.

The DA took the death penalty off the table for this one. However the defendant has waved his right to a jury trial which will severely lessen his chances to be acquitted. I've been watching court TV (this one will be on Court TV, BTW) for a while, an' I have yet to see a bench trial where the judge not only doesn't convict butt also goes easy on sentencing. He's going to die in a Georgia prison. It'll be up to his fellow prisoners as to how long he lives.

As I said in a previous post, the DA took the death penalty off the table. Butt never fear. I'm sure his fellow imates will take care of it.

The trial is on Court TV today right now. The defense is getting it's panties in a bunch about Court TV cameras being in the courtroom.

The Court TV commentators are simply aghast that the DA isn't seeking the death penalty. Well it's because the DA is a Left-wing Libtard, that's why. It's amazing she didn't drop the charges all together like that political witch hunter Alan Bragg did in New York when they had this guy on child abuse charges.

The defense is trying to blame the defendents brother saying that the hat belonged to the defendents brother. The problem with that is the defendent's DNA was under Laken's fingernails (she fought back) an' he had scratches on his face an' his brother didn't. Also she activated the emergency feature on her phone an' it called 911 during the attack an' his voice could be heard. Also his thumb print was on the phone on the end call button. The prosecution is going hard on this one.
