Yeah, they are giving $750 to Helene survivors, butt they have to apply online an' wait for approval. Most of the survivors don't even have access to the internet an' those who do oft times find the site down. Meanwhile they are still giving out $1500 gift cards to invaders.

I hear they are not giving them $750 but that its a loan that has to be repaid in a year.
