Welp....We had Hope Hicks...the only thing I got out of it was that she knew Cohen made a payment and Donald told her not to talk to reporters about it...I don't see where that goes as far as how they recorded the payment as a Campaign issue...I don't get it...         So what?

JUST IN: Stormy Daniels may have helped Trump win this case more than she’s aware, and hopefully Trump’s prosecution puts the pressure on her. Based on her testimony, this entire case should be shut down. She said while speaking with Donald Trump, he never offered her a penny and never told her to keep silent. That would mean that he never tried to hide the story for political purposes. She also said Cohen worked out the payment agreement with her. Once again, this puts Cohen on the hook, not Trump. He made every agreement and Trump was at no point involved. This entire case will come down to Donald Trump’s word and the evidence vs Michael Cohen, a known convicted felon who has lied to authorities on multiple occasions. If it wasn’t political, this case would be shut down! Will the Jury see this sham for what it is?

From Yesterday's Testimony from Trump's comptroller:

It appears the prosecution just destroyed their entire case in the Trump hush money trial! Trump comptroller, Jeff McConney, just testified that he is the one who instructed the accounting department to classify the payments as “legal expenses.” He says he did that because of how Cohen worded the invoices.
This entire case is based on the premise that Donald Trump had the payments classified as legal expenses to hide hush money payments. The Judge should immediately throw this case out after that testimony! How much longer can this madness continue?

Another revelation from Trump court yesterday :

Prosecutors just submitted a piece of evidence for the jury to view. The evidence is a check that was made out to Michael Cohen for the months on January and February of 2017 and total $70,000. The checks were signed by Eric Trump and Allen Weisselberg. So, once again, the prosecution submits evidence that doesn’t implicate Trump directly. Nowhere on the evidence is his signature, yet he’s the one sitting in court.
Who can we trust if we can no longer trust our justice system?

JUST IN: Stormy Daniels has once again found herself caught in a lie, this time on the stand while under oath. She said earlier during testimony that she didn’t care about the money, but then just told prosecutors that she had her attorney send a threatening letter demanding money or the deal was off. She cancelled that original deal, before later making a new deal. All of the contact was done between her attorney and Michael Cohen.
Trump’s team will have a field day during cross-examination. Will the judge give them a fair opportunity to question her with shutting it down?

Apparently Stormy Daniels' pre-trial deposition WAS DIFFERENT from her witness stand testimony yesterday!  Was she lying previously or did she lie on the witness stand yesterday? Trump's lawyers said they did not get access to this witness's upcoming testimony....I guess because they had THE ORIGINAL discovery! 

This is a mistrial...

Meanwhile in Watergate Number Two---Trump's Classified Doc case is indefinitely postponed based on the discovery that the FBI TAMPERED WITH TRUMP'S DOCUMENTS at the Mar-a Lago invasion by having Classified TOP SECRET-LABELED folders with them when they arrived and they stuck Donald's documents in these phony folders and took photos of "documents" with TOP SECRET written all over the front of the folder and then they took photos for the news media!
