  The Golden Gate Bridge has its own security department, I think.  BUT!, the California Highway Patrol do traffic control too and possibly the Marin (north side of the bridge) Sheriff's Department.
   Regardless, go no further than one G. Newsom for the answer to "nightsticks."  Commies use chaos to gain, increase and maintain control.  
     Newsom wouldn't use nightsticks on his people.

If we can ever manage to get a strong Republican majority in the Congress the anti-American * beeps* in Congress have to be removed from Congress and their citizenship revoked. If they still cause more trouble they should be deported back to their countries of origin.
