It depends on from which quarter the attack came from determines how long this war has been going on. If it was muzzie then it would been as far back as the 1800"s. If it was Latino then that war has been going on since the 1830's. If it was Sociaists/Commie attack then that one has been going on since the 1890's. The reason these wars have been going on for so long is because we made the mistake of not obliterating our opponents. Make no mistake, they intend to do so to us. Or enslave us.

Should have had a harbor pilot to pilot the boat. You are not supposed to traverse any obstacles without the harbor pilot.
At least some reports said there was a harbor pilot onboard at the time of the accident.
