They are ALWAYS planning something. It's just a question of when, where, how bad and if they can get away with it once again. After seeing what is happening on our Southern border it appears citizens may put up a fuss but not actually DO anything to defend the border themselves. There have been more illegal aliens allowed into the US in the last 3 years than the entire 60 years of LEGAL immigrants on Ellis Island.
