What for? Can we guess?

So Rush was discussing the creepy strategy today.  Apparently for people with dementia its especially bad at dusk, or early evening.  Anyway Rush speculated that 
perhaps they have been trying to re-program creepy so that he is able to be "normal" at 9 PM.  HE thinks that's why the past couple of weeks they put a lid
on the campaign at 9AM - perhaps he is sleeping during the day so that his body thinks night is day??? These people are evil and perverse.
