Heard Alan Dershowicz say that he would like to buy Mar-a-Lago for the appraised price so he could turn around and sell it for its true value!

I have finally heard someone take on the issue of no losses incurred and loans paid back so where's the problem?

How can they just tell Trump to divest himself of his businesses?  I guess someone put the kibosh on that for now.  But this would be really serious stuff.

Obviously, Dershowitz is correct. In the same location smaller places (with less land and no hotel aspects) sell for 50 to 100 million. This Latisha James woman is either a total idiot or a Communist liar...I'm rolling with her being a Commie.

Well, it's still closer to 700 million if you look at the land value (Mar-A-Lago is on 22 acres) and the mansion, hotel and golf course. However, reality never applies to Demonrats.
