Hmmm.... something not right in that. In 1866, there were no 50 States. Hell, wasn't even a wet dream at that time.


 

   I'm not going to look it up simply because there weren't 50 anything, let alone states.  But!, I think the point is clear: follow the Constitution!!
   Unfortunately, two people have gotten to where we are today: traitors Roberts and McConnell.  As you know, one of those traitors sits at the top of the SC.

 I read it. It deals with post Civil War Habeas Corpus cases arising in Federal Courts. It does not say anything like the relevant post. Truly, i wish it did.... but.... alas, it doesn't. Does read like something that, under current circumstances, SHOULD BE ADDED to the US Constitution via Amendment.
