Some of you may not be familiar with this.
It's the Uniform Code of Military Justice.
In short, you frog around on any military camp, base or property you'll run into a world of hurt from military police. They do not fool and care nothing about your civil rights because you're on a military base.

There was a program at Ft. McCoy for homeless veterans that was funded by the State of Wisconsin. It was closed down in 2012 due to budget cuts butt while it was in operation it was quite successful. There was room for 14 veterans. They had to be sober, have a general or better discharge an' work at self sustainability, i.e. get back on their feet. The veterans have to follow the rules on post an' not have any outstanding warrants. I have seen one guy get arrested by CID during his inprocessing because of burglary warrants an'' there was another who got grabbed at the gate because of a failure to appear warrant on a couple of DUI charges from Illinois.
