I am NOT a medical person so I do not know the answer to this question ... HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR RIGOR MORTIS TO SET IN AFTER DEATH?
Methinks the answer will be quite telling about the perp's story. BTW ... DOES WHAT HAPPENS IN LOS VEGAS STAY IN LOS VEGAS?

The first article said cops only waited a couple minutes before breaking window.
The "dad" claims she had been in the car for an hour when Police arrived.
