I’d like to hear from an expert Constitutional attorney on this. I’m not so sure the RINOs have the legal right to stop President Trump from utilizing a recess appointment.

Recess appointments are good for a minimum of two years.

At this point, I continue to bask in unabashed euphoria as I have for the past two weeks. I don't much care what those loser idiots do as long as we are now on the Path to True Righteousness. It's been a very tough past four years for yours truly and I think the obstructionists face a very tough road ahead. Still waiting on the final three House elections - two in CA (Duarte/Steel) and one in Iowa (Miller-Meeks) - all three are long term R's in the House...we shall see...

IMO the way around the RINOs is to threaten to expose them if they don’t stay out of your way. However, to successfully do this you need sufficient control over various levels of government. I’m sure Trump knows this, so the battle has really just started…and it’s going to be a really rough up hill battle but if anyone can win it’s President Trump.

I think this whole thing with Gaetz was a set up. How would they not know he wouldn't get confirmed? Most of those no votes have been no voting anything Trump since he was elected in 2016. Pam Bondi will now easily be confirmed and it may have been the plan all along...
