Neo-commies are using numerous terms to signal each other.
DEI, of course, is one of their mainstays. Equality means government control / ownership. Collective is nothing less than the original failed communists collectivism of all properties. Future is brighter is they install more of their communism.
Here's a slogan they've been signaling with a lot lately: our democracy. Easy to miss but once seen you'll know this: democracy is the majority (by one) vote that allows them to cast aside our representative republic.
And that's why they keep signaling our democracy, over and over.

We never had a Democracy. The United States of America was/is a Democratic Republic since the Constitution was ratified. These people are totally ignorant of history. Hell, I wonder if most of them are even literate?
