He could have avoided this if he had opened his window.   I thought his reason for not doing so was ridiculous.  He thought people would have recognized him and asked for autographs?  I doubt that.
If he wasn't in the wrong, Sharpton and Crump would have come under their slimy rocks to defend him.  But they know they don't have a a case and it's not worth their effort to get publicity.
