May as well.  Many of their young street urchins are using it anyway.  Of course, it will lead to death for many of them, sadly.

Stupidity, squared and cubed. Their "reasoning" (as if progressives can "reason") is that most people being arrested for possession of small quantities of drugs need help with their addiction, rather than jail sentences.  And did ANY ONE of them think that all they have to do is alter the penal portion of their drug laws to include rehab for small amounts?  But NO!  Now, the only thing the cops can do is SUGGEST they get treatment, since they can no longer be arrested for possession.

Watch drug use and deaths skyrocket. I truly believe there are more active brain cells in the piles my dog leaves on our lawn than in the skull of a progressive.
