     I watch Dr. Becky (Cambridge) on YouTube from time to time.  She did a short report on this stellar nursery too.  Apparently it's so massive that it would take a trillion lightyears to travel from the top (of the pic) to the bottom. 
    As you know a lightyear's travel is roughly 36,000,000,000,000 miles.
