For some strange reason Fox News Clips will not play on my Edge.

Dusty, do you have any "Ad Blockers" turned on in Edge, or an "HTML5 AutoPlay" blockers? That's usually what prevents a video from playing.

I am still winding my way thru Edge and cannot find the blocker, while it is there or sure. I use a modified HOST file so maybe I'll take it back to normal. It has a boat load of cookie blocks. Thanks will look again.

Well, ad blockers and Hosts file back to normal; now all I get is ads. Screw that.

I know what you mean, Dusty. Damned if you do (can't watch videos) damned if you don't (get to watch ads too). If I were you I'd stop using Edge and switch to Chromium. It is the Linux version of Chrome, extremely secure, and won't spy on you like Chrome does, although you can block all of Chromes spying. Chromium has a version for Windows. There are other browsers out there, like "Brave", that are Chrome based and work very well. What's nice about all these Chrome browser alternatives is they look, work, (and most important) run all the Chrome extensions. These extensions are visible, located right next to your taskbar, and you can control them individually. When I get a video that won't load and run, I can quickly isolate the Blocker and run the video. Without having to suffer through any ads. I'd give it a try, I'll bet you'll never use Edge again.
I forgot to mention that all these browsers are free.
