     $12,000!
I carry 20 oz cans of Wasp Spray in our vehicles (for protection and wasps).  Our mountain properties have lots of bees and wasp.  We travel a lot so occasionally cross paths with crazed road-ragers; thus, California.
What in God's name does this have to do with the drone story!?
I shall answer.  It would take a high school shop class about a week to outfit the same drone with a remote controlled actuator fitted to the above mentioned (cheap and reliable) wasp spray.
    End of story.
