At one time I had 8 incidents and it resulted in a warning in my record. I had to complete 1 years of perfect attendance to clear my record. I was in the union and the union president wanted me to lodge a complaint. But I told him, I didn't wish to and I would meet their requirement, which I did. At that time I also went on to begin my new found sobriety. On my last job there I realized many employees were smoking pot on the job. So now wonder what is happening today. I told my supervisor if I ever say a banner in front of the bdlg. that said "Drug free environment" I would take it down and put outside the door of the Bldg. Manager on the floor.
