From the first deaths from COVID-19 on February 26, 2020 through January 19, 2021 (329 days) the recorded deaths from COVID-19 totaled 392,428. Divided by 329 = 1193 per day.  Then from January 20, 2021 through February 16, 2021 (27 days) deaths from COVID-19 totaled 81,422, so 81422 / 26 = 3032.  2.62 times Trump's rate.
