And here is, I live along the Potomac in Westmoreland County, VA.  Temps at 5:30am were in mid 40's with thunderstorms,
temps drifting down, at 10 am temps were 31 degrees, light snow, lottsa Wind....currently temps at 32 degrees, still light
snow, no sticking.  Typical Mid-Atlantic winter crap!
