A side-by-side comparison of the Pfizer/BioNTech and Moderna vaccines
The article goes into pretty good detail. Aside from the one point quoted below, seems to me another issue might be the more strict distribution protocols associated with the Pfizer vaccine because of its temperature requirements. Moderna might be better for rural areas and pharmacies, while Pfizer would be limited to facilities with the needed refrigeration capabilities. Possibly these facilities would have more experienced personnel. Pharmacy chains have announced they will be hiring people to help administer the vaccines. Nevertheless, I'm thinking there is more room for mishandling with the Pfizer vaccine and the Moderna might be better for this reason.
