Swalwell is a complete amateur swamp creature. 
The real pros know how to generate, direct, and hide incoming funds, and not get caught using campaign funds for fun and games.

I have house plants that are smarter than Congressman Swalwell. My houseplants are at least smart enough to properly engage in photosynthesis...Swalwell can't even be properly 'crooked' in the DC swamp full of crooks!

And yet, not only will he get away with these crimes, he will undoubtedly do a repeat next election cycle.
