You cannot upload images because the site does not store images. But you can access an image on the internet using the button just to the left of the chain link, and enter the image's URL.
If you have an image on your computer you would like to use, the process would be to upload the image to an image hosting service, such as imgur.com which is free, then use the URL of that image.
