Was one of several who pulled off to the side on the side of the road on the Taconic Parkway in NY
to witness a V shaped object silently hovering above and moving slowly.  Some thought it may have been light planes out of Newburgh.  It was sometime in mid '80's.  The event was on a Robert Stack TV show.

I've seen one as well...was in upstate NY in the early 70's near Green Lakes NY. Several other people (including a police officer) saw the weird thing too. So, I'm fairly convinced there's something 'weird' up there in our skies.
