Are we going to end up paying for its Section 8 housing, free medical care and educational needs?
We can only hope elf's do not breed like rabbits.

What the hell? I looked at the pic and it's obviously just an animal that shoved its head into a discarded plastic bag! The President of Mexico appears to be not quite 'all there' IMO.
