16 GOP attorneys general back NRA in lawsuit against NY AG Letitia James

The NRA’s lawsuit accuses James of defamation and violating its rights to free speech, claiming that she "made the political prosecution of the NRA a central campaign theme" when she was running for the AG’s office in 2018, and has not treated the association fairly since. It also cites James' public descriptions of the NRA as a "criminal enterprise" and "a terrorist organization."

As a member of the nra I’m glad they are taking action against NY. However, it’s my belief that the Harris/Biden administration will do everything in their power to destroy all gun organizations and the NRA will be their top priority. We will see a tsunami of anti-second amendment legislation very soon.

The timing of which is my biggest question as to the outright fraud of this election.  Frankly, from a strategic POV, they are not nearly ready to take on the conservative faction of these united States of America.  To wit: we ARE still armed.  And if they try to push to remove that from us via an ILLEGITIMATE presidency, it only makes the kind of push back they fear that much more likely.

We have just learned that we no longer can rely on elections to push back against these people.  Without elections to look forward to, we have but one recourse - a recourse I have long expected to have been (officially**) removed from the table BEFORE they took elections away from us.

**Of course, removing the Second entirely from the scope of American politics is, and always has ben an exercise in futility. There are more arms out there off the books than on the books, and the number of arms on the books should have been enough to make them think twice about stealing the presidency. Not to mention a significant number of arms on the books only require a modified trigger assembly to put them on par with what the military

I don’t think we will see an outright attempt to nullify the 2nd amendment. Rather it will be incremental in nature with bans on certain firearms and re-interpretation by liberal courts. Of course that will be only the beginning.

I will say, with this election based on total fraud seemingly in the basket, they could well stop "worrying" what anti-gun legislation could do to the midterms, which is the factor that prevented anything coming out of the Muslim Führer's administration.

OTOH, any serious infraction on the Second, such as a ban on some specific type of firearm (You KNOW they're salivating at the thought of a real ban on "assault" weapons) could well trigger full on revolt - this considering there is a HUGE faction of America that will NEVER accept Biden as a legitimate president.

It will be interesting to see what happens if they try to confiscate semi-auto rifles, which I think will be at the top of their agenda. With millions of these rifles in private hands I wonder how many would be surrendered.

Well, I know there are millions of these firearms sadly at the bottom of various lakes due to an unprecedented number of boating accidents since the Muslim Führer took office.

I would imagine there will be large numbers who will submit and turn their firearms in. I also know for certain that more will not conform than will. I also know for certain that there will be areas in which law enforcement will actively assist people in resisting.

The big picture is this: the leftists cannot win - at least not in the long run. But their actions most certainly can bring about their loss sooner rather than later.
