Mr. mayor doesn't understand "unconstitutional". :(

Mr. mayor DOES understand "the city can expect to make about $1.3 million on the new fees". :banana:

Hello Byrd, it's me from the old Conservative Forum. About all the new gun laws that are being tossed around, I say the gun debate was settled in 1791. There is nothing to discuss.
Nice meeting up with many of you again.
